Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
Important Notice
Please read these terms carefully. Section 4 governs subscription payment and service suspension policies: late payments will immediately render your workspace and user accounts unusable until a renewal is completed.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, registering a property, or using the Orbit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a hotel, resort, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.
2. Platform Usage & Accounts
Orbit provides a cloud-based hotel operations platform that manages tasks, department workflows, and internal requests.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator credentials and for all operations performed under accounts associated with your hotel workspace.
- Operational Integrity: You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unlawful activities.
- Staff Credentials: Hotel administrators are responsible for creating, monitoring, and terminating staff accounts associated with their hotel workspace.
3. Subscription Fees & Billing
Access to Orbit is billed on a recurring subscription model (billed monthly or annually) based on your hotel's registered room count.
- Room-Based Pricing: Your subscription rate is determined by the total room count configuration of your property. If your property room count changes, the pricing will adjust accordingly.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways (including PayPal, Doku, or direct credit card processors). You agree to provide valid, up-to-date payment information.
- Currency & Taxes: Billed amounts are subject to applicable taxes depending on the local jurisdiction of your property.
4. Late Payment, Cancellation, & Suspension
Maintaining an active subscription is required to use Orbit.
- Service Suspension:In the event of a subscription payment delay, failure, or late payment past your billing due date, your hotel's workspace and all associated user accounts (including administrators and department staff) will be suspended immediately. Access to the operational dashboard, checklists, tasks, and communications will be blocked.
- Reactivation:To lift the suspension and restore access to your workspace, database, and logs, you must renew your subscription. Access will be reactivated automatically once payment processing is completed successfully.
- Data Retention:Orbit retains your hotel's configuration and records for a standard grace period during suspension. However, we reserve the right to delete inactive workspaces that remain suspended without a valid renewal for more than 90 days.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Orbit platform—including UI/UX designs, trademarks, source code, and assets—remain the exclusive property of Orbit and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your hotel's internal operations during your active subscription period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Orbit is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business data, operational disruption, or loss of profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page or via email notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
